·         Don’t overload yourself

The truth is, you are not going to grasp more information by exhausting yourself out before exams even start. This is why it is important to manage your time and make sure you have enough time to study for each examination.

·         Break and take a walk

Don’t forget to stretch your legs and get some exercise. It will benefit you to stay motivated when you are studying rather than looking in the blank, longing for a walk. Go out and take your pet for a stroll or just drink a cup of tea on the grass when you take a study break.

·         Don’t consume energy drinks

It’s vitally imperative to feed your brain and your body with good food and lots of water. Instead of taking energy drinks, drink green tea and water. These are much healthier alternatives that keep you focused without the major caffeine and sugar excess.

·         Eat healthy foods and snacks

Rather avoid sweets when you need an eat, why not take a fruit? Fruit such as an apple will help to maintain your energy and keep you focused because it does not give you sugar excess.

·         Avoid disruptions

If you know you will be preoccupied by social media when you are supposed to be studying, consider switching your phone off while you study. This way, you are not tempted to keep checking social media whenever your mind disrupted. It is up to you to remove any disruptions and it’s worth the sacrifice when you succeed in your exam. Go through your notes. Make sure you check the past exam papers and test yourself.  This is surely convenient when studying maths or maths lit.
